First off, shipping took about 2 weeks, so be prepared for that.
If you're like me, you are coming from a standard DSLR. In my case it was the Canon 7D, and moving over to the Panasonic GH4.
I didn't want to buy the expensive Metabones speed booster, and heard a lot about this, so decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did.
It works very well with my Canon Rokinon lenses, the optics are nice and sharp, and it was fairly easy to attach, and remove.
A few Cons:
With my manual focus lenses (Rokinon's) I noticed the focus is not as responsive as it would be if the same lens was attached to my 7D.
What I mean by that is, I found myself turning the focus ring much more than I would have to get sharp focus. I'm assuming it's because you have glass focusing in on another piece of glass. After sometime I was able to get use to it, but something to be aware of.
I have never owned a Metabones Speed booster, so I honestly can't compare the two, but you can find at least one comparison video on youtube.
Oh, and make sure to get this one, and not the Mark I version. This one is only about $25 more, and it has better lens elements according to the item descriptions.
I did a quick video using 14mm and 85mm Rokinon lenses using this speed booster, and a GH4.

This was perfect for my GH4. Gives me sick shallow depth of field and crazy lens flares it looks really cool. Even if it's not a Metabones it's still really worth it. I thought it wasn't going to be good, but that a product showed me different.

The only problem i had with this is the vignetting .but aside from that it works great.
