I purchased this camera as my first mini-action camera. Hoping to use it on the dashboard of my truck, mounted on bike handle bars and any other possible ways. So far this camera is pretty good. It came with a ton of attachments and has really good daytime recording quality. Here are a couple of things I have found in the first couple of weeks after purchasing it.
Pros:
- Great video during the day.
- The SD card that comes with it on UHD will record about 2 hours and 40 minutes.
- Lots of attachments
Cons:
- Batteries SUCK. It comes with 2 batteries but they barely last 30 minutes each and take a long time to charge
- No battery charger so you have to charge the batteries in the camera separately.
- The attachment with the sticky pads stick great to surfaces but not to the attachment so it is annoying to have to always push the attachments together with the sticky pads to keep them stuck. (hope this makes sense)
- Recording in low light or at night is grainy. I even tried the "night mode" and it was not any better.
All in all it was a great purchase for the price but I am going to have to look into upgrading the batteries and possibly getting a suction cup mount instead of using the sticky pads.

I purchased this camera for a trip I'm planing to take to Iceland. For the price, you get a hand full of great features and video quality. I have only had the camera a day but i can already tell that as is it will not work on my trip. Sure the features and video quality are not bad, but the batteries that come with this camera are absolute garbage. I fully charged both batteries and just turning camera on and setting it to the right angle i want to capture drained half the battery, this was less then 5 minutes by the way. Then start recording in 1080p 60 fps and camera dies due to dead battery 7 minutes later. so 1 battery lasted 5 + 7 = 12 minutes give or take a few. Remove battery and swap it out with second fully charged battery.
turn camera on and indicator shows full charge and put it back in protective case started recording, this one lasted just over 9 minutes before camera died. So the point i am trying to make is that regardless of all the nice features this camera has to offer it does not mean a thing if the batteries supplied with this unit can not last more then 10 minutes. 2 batteries and i don't even get a half hour out of it . Batteries drain almost half way according to indicator on camera just turning it on. Very disappointed. I am going to buy the spare batteries and charging dock here on Amazon that are compatible with this camera but from looking at the pics they look identical to the ones that come with camera. So long story short, If you like switching batteries every 10 minutes and or you are going to keep it plugged in buy it, if not you will not enjoy what this little camera has to offer until they get better batteries in this product.

Has potential of greatness if not for the batteries.By RJNavz
The device takes a very nice video on 1080p 60fps... kind of grainy on the 4k and little better on the 2k, but still very good video output due to its anti shake and gyro when compared to other BUDGET action cameras in the market. Also the camera does not really have a 170 wide angle, more like 150 but as a plus on its side that you can change the camera's angle if you don't want the fisheye effect. There is also no selection of rotating the camera's view (no upside down) like others, so if you want to use it as a Dash Cam better use the bracket mount that it comes with it. The Device comes with a 32gb Kingston mSd card but does not come with a power supply or charging adaptor (you can use your cellphone power adaptor). When you open the package, the first thing you will notice is that you have to program the rf remote which was fairly easy. Another thing is the remote strap that they provided is not the velcro type (which will make it quick and easy) you will see on the product pictures but a helmet strap with locking mechanism. The thing why I only give it 3 stars, it's due to its batteries. it only runs 30min max of video time. I don't even charge it thru the device, I have my own charger which I bought before years ago when I bought my sj4000. I tried to use my XCsource 1100mAH batties on it, but still only 30-35min video which I will get around 50-60mins of video time on my sj4000. But as I said the 1080p 60fps can even match the big name brands, no doubt. it sad though that the unit is like a V12 engine gasoline guzzler in terms of battery consumption.
