The PRO'S
This was truly the best Shop-Vac I have ever owned. It was so assembled it was crazy, I hardly had to do anything just pop on the wheels. I have showed it to three of my older married children and they all want to buy one for their husbands. Two of them already have shop vacs but this one has so much space and has extra cubby holes for added storage and Glides across the floor. The handle is retractable and can be reversed. Even when it's full of water it's Glides, like there's nothing in it, and when you open the drain all the water gets dumped out without tipping it forward. I'm keeping this in the house because it's so compact and easily fit's underneath a countertop, closet, or desk. I've had many shop vacs in my life and this one has the best suction the longest cord and comes with a commercial grade hose, and all the necessary tools that you could possibly need. The suction in this shop vac is unbelievable. You can use it not only to wash your carpets, clean the ceiling fans. You can use for fine dust powder pick up with the quality strength dusting bag or not. This would make a great gift for any household family even if they already have one because this one's a must have in any home or shop. There's no way you can be disappointed with this purchase. My other shop vacs were ridiculously odd shaped, bulky, the hoses always got tears or kinked, never had storage area's and always had to bend over to pull them around where you needed to use them.
If you're using for commercial use you can easily place a few 10 inch × 10 inch sticker's with your logo and phone number on the sides- front -back or top
THE CON'S,
No retractable cord. However it is very convenient to wrap the cord, but most of us know if we're using a Shop-Vac it's usually a big job and anything to make it easier to put away.
And if the company is listening add 2 things a retractable cord and to the retractable handle that you use to push or pull it around with you, could have added a soft-like spongy grip to be less slipper, then just a high quality metal bar handle.

I recommend, good vacuum but there's a few things you should know to expect...By Mommy Jessup
I purchased this to keep in the garage for car clean up. It seems ideal for that, comes with the right tools to get into those hard to reach areas of the vehicles and has a nice long hose like the commercial vacuums at the car wash. It has plenty of suction power and does a great job vacuuming. It's on heavy duty wheels with a long extension cord making it easy to roll out on the gravel and get right up to the cars. I was hoping that the blower side would have enough power to help dry off the cars, but it really didn't have enough power for that. The blower could still be helpful to knock off enough water to make towel drying easier or to blow out the interior or bed of ATV or pickup, but I just purchased an electric leaf blower for the car drying part and it works perfectly, so for me the blower did not meet my expectations nor will it be useful. When I received the vacuum, it was missing wheels, casters and assembly parts. I contacted Amazon and they shipped another vacuum, told me to remove the pieces I needed and they arranged pick up for the rest of the package. So correcting that problem was quick and easy. The assembly of the handle was very easy, the casters was easy, but the rear wheels not so much, I had to get help because I couldn't tighten them up enough leaving too much play, but in 10 minutes of drafting help, the wheels were on nice and tight. For a car vacuum I give it 5 stars, for the blower 2 stars at best and then considering the missing parts and inconvenience but taking into consideration how Amazon made things right I have to go with 3 stars for a nice average of 3. I recommend it though because those car wash trips to the vacuum at $1/minute would easily pay for this and you have the right attachments to make the job easier plus since it's a wet vacuum also, it helps clean up any mishaps or spills in car or shop. Hope this helps letting you know what you can expect with your purchase.

Fantastic vac, handy and powerfulBy P. D. Schaffner
Cleans my woodworking area daily of bits of wood, metal and sawdust and was able to clear a 12x12 garage of 2" of standing water (sump pump broke) in an hour! Very, very handy to have, I can't understate how great this unit is. This us worth every penny but now it's so banged up and dirty I wish I had a new one just so it looked as good as it functions...
