Great little backpack.

So I'd like to start by saying that this bag is a great value and I'm very happy with this Vivitar backpack. But it has both pros and cons with it. The pros are that its constructed well for what I paid and it provides great storage too and I also like the wide bottom design as pictured in the one photo that prevents smashing of your wider equipment.The cons are that its smaller than I expected I guess I should have paid attention to the specs before purchasing. Another is the lack of compartment dividers and they really should add more mesh compartments than just one.The straps that go over the shoulders are also a little bulky so it feels uncomfortable wearing this bag on my small shoulders. That being said I'm happy with using this bag. It stores my camera, lenses, extension tubes, my flash, filters and I still have enough space to spare provided I buy more compartment dividers. I give it 4 stars overall. Happy purchasing.

Perfect for the essentials plus a few extras

This backpack is the perfect size to be functional but also comfortable enough for any shooting position without feeling encumbered by a huge weight on my back. The construction is nice and sturdy with a simple design and the adjustable dividers allow you to customize the padded compartments to your equipment needs. You're not going to find a professional, "carry everything" bag in this $20.00 price point. What you do get is a nice backpack to use as an everyday bag that will hold your essentials for a great day of shooting. This bag holds my Canon 80D, 18-55mm lens, 55-250mm lens, 18-135mm lens, flash, several filters, 12 SD card case and spare battery pack.

Updating review - seller remedied issue

This bag is great, the compartments and very versatile and the size is just right. I especially liked how the zipper splits the bag making going though bag check a breeze, I received many compliments from security for making their job of inspecting my bag so easy.
Instead of using the upper compartment for the camera, I placed my camera to one side. This made for convenient quick retrieval by swinging the bag to my side and discreetly unzipping only the few inches for my camera.
I did experience a problem with the hemming coming undone on my bag but I believe it was a freak incident and not a manufacturing defect. In any case the I contacted the seller and was able to remedy the problem very quickly.

All and all if you're looking for an alternative to the traditional camera bag, this is the style to look for.
