I've been using the upgraded version for a few months now, and they're all still working perfectly.
I just ordered another 5 pack to replace the "other brand" cables that have been failing around the house.

I've been using the upgraded version of the cables for a couple weeks now, and all five are working just fine. It looks like the slightly larger cable size and upgraded plugs have fixed the problems that I experienced with the older-style cables.
I am now very happy with this purchase and will buy more of these cables when the ever-expanding number of electronics around the house requires it.
Good cables. Great price. Wonderful customer service.

Update 1: I got the new cables today. Right out of the box I can see the difference. The cables seem to be slightly thicker and the ends are a lot more beveled so they'll fit into tight spots (like the silicone cases I have on my tablets and cell phones).

Update: Within hours of posting this review, I have received a comment and an email from the manufacturer stating that I bought an older version and that they have a newer, more robust version of the cables available now.
I am going to give those a try and will update again with my findings...but I want to say that it's nice to know that in just the six weeks since I made this purchase, the manufacturer has come out with a "beefed up" cable that will, theoretically, have a much lower failure rate. Kudos to anyone who works to make their product better rather than just sitting back and being satisfied with, "as long as they keep buying it..." like some companies do.

Two of these have now failed in less than six weeks of use. That's too high a failure rate for me to recommend them.
And, of course, it was the 10-ft and a 6-ft cable that failed. I might not have minded so much if it weren't the cables that are the most convenient for using while you're sitting on the couch and you want to keep reading but your battery is down to 10%.

Perfect Package Set of Sync & Charge CablesBy Eitelkeit
I ordered this product with my Amazon Prime account late on July 10th 2015, and received it promptly July 13th 2015, a day earlier than originally guaranteed.
I picked this set of cables after I saw them as a deal on Amazon's front page under the heading "Savings and Sales from Across Amazon." The deal seemed like an excellent value, but before purchasing, I did further research for other cable packages. This turned out to be one of the best affordable and quality packages.
I like that this set comes with assorted sizes, two of the most common sizes (3ft) which is an ideal length for syncing or charging from a desktop computer or plugged into a wall outlet. The set also contains a short 1ft cord which is perfect for charging from a desktop charger. [See also my review of RAVPower's 4-port Desktop Charger for a great pairing to this package. USB Charger RAVPower 36W 4-Port Desktop Wall Charger Charging Station with iSmart Technology for iPhone iPad Samsung Galaxy Google Nexus Motorola HTC LG Nokia Lumia and More (Black) The short cord minimizes unnecessary tangled cords cluttering up the desk, and it also prevents long cords getting in the way of driving when used with a car charger.
The set also includes two longer length cords, which either cord by itself is worth the money this whole set costs. The 6ft cord is great for reaching oddly placed wall outlets, and then this set also provides a very lengthy 10ft cord to reach just about any charger. I regularly use the 10ft cord plugged into the wall outlet behind my bed, so I don't have to hassle trying to stay in uncomfortable positions to prevent the cord from being pulled out of the wall outlets. I can comfortably relax on my bed with plenty of slack in the cord.
Overall, I would say this is a perfect assortment of sizes to fit all charging needs. The cords themselves seem to be quite well made and sturdy, but yet flexible at the same time. I also couldn't find a better value in cables that were solely for charging only, and certainly not a better value of cables that both charge and sync data at high speeds. I would highly recommend everyone with more then one electronic gadget to pick up this handy set.

Except one..(new update 3.15.2017)By ThisGirlWritesStuff
All cords worked fine until one of the charging cable's prongs decided not to come back out to provide a secure hold when connecting to my phone. Sad day.
UPDATE: Can I just say something about the seller Sunvalleytek? I had a major issue with one of the 10 foot cords and emailed them. I sent a picture of the issue and explained the problem (the 10 foot cord prongs were flat and didnt stay connected to my phone). They responded right away and told me that they would send me a replacement and they did right away! For. The. Whole. Set. Customer service WOW much? Thanks so much!
These Ravpower Cords are seriously the best bang for your buck and work so well and wheb they work, they work perfectly!
