Pros:
1. Video quality is very nice
2. Menu navigation is good - with labels
3. Automatically turns on when car is started
4. LDWS is great

Cons:
1. The company website nor the support email works
2. How do we get firmware upgrades?
3. Cannot change units from kph to mph - on the device.
4. FCWS is pretty sensitive, and raises false alarms even when we are stopped and a car is in front of us or there is cross traffic. So freaking that I had to turn it off. But it also turns off LDWS.
