Pros:
Very sturdy feel and construction.
Fits well in your hand and face.
Front facing camera is 1.9Mp but it doesn't seem like it at all, very clear.
Runs everything in the app store. I haven't had a single app crash on me yet.
Both screens are very responsive, and touch/gestures are intuitive.
Works anywhere in the world. This is not official, but all of Europe/Asia is officially supported. North america is for 3g only.
Buttons light up and makes it easy to navigate the UI without even having to look at the screen. Very usefull for dialing numbers or accessing contacts when on the road.
English T9 text is great. If your used to the dial pad character entry system then you'll feel right at home here.
GPS is fast. I used to wait for the signal on my previous Android phones, but this one gets the location immediately.
The voice incoming/outgoing quality is superb. I was a little skeptical after seeing the dB specifications, but it seems much louder then other phones in the same range. I had nothing but positive feedback from people on the other end of the line.
External storage FTW.
Battery life is amazing. I'm able to use the phone all day, make calls with speaker on and run apps/navigation without even thinking about charging. Also, if its low ~15% left, I don't even charge it overnight. All my other phones required a charge or simply shutdown before I woke up.

Cons:
The phone is a little heavy. Its got 2 screens afterall, but it will weigh down your arm after an hour of talking, unless you use handfree or speaker phone of course.
Speaking of speakers, it is on the back of the phone. Only HTC actually understands this problem for some reason. But it doesn't affect my usage at all, more of a design annoyance.
Side charging port/headphone latch seems flimsy. Not sure if it is prone to breaking at all, but something to think about I suppose.
Headphone input is a mini-usb. I would have prefered a 3.5 mm jack.
No 4G network compatibility for North America. I don't live in a 4G supported area, so this isn't even a drawback for me. But some people would like to have an extra 10-15 MB/s at their disposal.

Conclusion:
Simply the best. It feels durable, the screen is really responsive and its got all the hardware to run modern apps flawlessly. 1.5 GB of ram means you'll never have to worry about background running processes. GPS is ultra quick. Flip action feels great, not like the old school razr phones at all. Drawbacks come with this type of phone, so if you not into clamshells, then you'll probably want to stay away and just go with the 2yr contract offerings on any US based carriers. This phone is really expensive if your still "testing the waters". On the other hand, if you miss the clamshells and want something that runs on modern hardware, then do something nice for yourself this year, you won't be disappointed.
