Pros:
- Lots of horsepower in a small form factor. Loaded out with 32GB of RAM and a 512GB Samsung 950-series NVME drive, this thing is more powerful than most desktop PCs.
- Very easy to assemble. You don't need a lot of electronics skills to install the RAM and SSD drive.
- First NUC with real RAID support.
- Better fan/cooling than previous models.

Cons:
- One of the two units I purchased stopped booting from GPT-formatted USB devices after a couple days of testing (E.g., booting from Acronis USB to image the drive, etc).
- I've had difficulty trying to get the system stable with a RAID0 of 2x Samsung 950 NVME drives.
If you create a system image on a single drive and then try to re-image it onto a RAID array, it will NOT boot. I have tried Acronis's Universal Restore tool and also building a Windows 10 installer USB drive with the drivers rolled-in and neither works; it will BSOD after boot. The RAID support is just OK.

If you're willing to build your system image from scratch, the RAID setup will work, but driver/imaging support isn't ready for prime-time yet.
